Aquatics at Capital City Sports and Fitness
We have an indoor and outdoor pool and an indoor hot tub.
This indoor pool is included in membership. We also offer Aquatic aerobic classes which are included in our monthly membership. We offer day passes to non-members.
The outdoor pool is not included in our monthly membership. It is open to both members and non members but we offer a discounted seasonal membership to our members.
It is open Memorial Day through Labor Day pending weather.

The indoor pool at CCSF offers swim lessons, lap swimming, and aquatic aerobics classes. We offer summer pool passes for access to the outdoor pool and events.
