Join us Tuesday at 5 PM on the fitness center turf for a focused, fundamentals-driven strength session designed for all experience levels. Whether you’re new to lifting or looking to sharpen your edge, this class delivers coaching, progression, and challenge in a supportive environment. Members are included. Non-members welcome for $15 per class.

Using science-based lifting methods, this class will help you improve your strength, refine your technique, and move more efficiently in everyday life. Whether you’re brand new to strength training or a seasoned lifter, you’ll benefit from the structure, motivation, and challenge this class provides.

Non-Members: $15 per class
Members can sign up through Self Service in EZ Facility or on the CCSF app.
Non-members should check in at the front desk about 15 minutes before class to sign a waiver and pay the $15 drop-in fee.
No equipment required. You’re welcome to bring your own lifting gloves or straps if preferred.
