Our youth programs are designed to help kids build confidence, learn new skills, and stay active in a supportive, structured environment. From beginner instruction to skill development programs, CCSF offers engaging opportunities for youth to grow, make friends, and develop a lifelong love of movement—at every stage of development.
Youth Summer Sports Camp
This camp is designed for kids ages 5–11 and runs throughout the summer at Capital City Sports & Fitness. Campers participate in a wide variety of structured sports, group games, and creative activities led by experienced staff.
