Aqua Aerobics

A fun, joint-friendly workout that builds strength and endurance—no swimming experience required.

Aqua Aerobics is a 1-hour group class built around low-impact movement and high-energy instruction. It’s free for members, and we ask that you register ahead so we can plan for the group.
