Group Fitness Classes

Most of our group fitness classes are free for members and available to non-members for a minimal cost per class. You can reserve your spot in advance or drop in when space is available. With options ranging from high-energy cardio kickboxing to low-impact classes like Tai Chi and LIIT, it’s easy to find a workout that fits your schedule and your pace.
