Our yoga program is designed for all experience levels. From chair yoga and gentle flow to power flow, each class emphasizes proper movement, breathing, and mindfulness to help you feel stronger, more mobile, and more relaxed.

Members can sign up via self service on EZ Facility or on the CCSF app. Non-members should check in at the front desk to sign the waiver and pay for the class about 15 minutes before class time.
