Bio:

Sadie is the Fitness Director at CCSF, a nationally certified personal trainer through NCSF, and holds a master’s degree in Human Services from New England College. With over 20 years of martial arts experience, Sadie leads fitness and martial arts programming with a focus on whole-person wellness, confidence, and sustainable health—helping members grow stronger both physically and mentally.

Dan Champney is a personal trainer and nutrition coach who helps clients improve strength, body composition, and overall health through realistic, sustainable habits. His coaching blends structured training with practical nutrition guidance that fits real life—no extremes or rigid rules.

Dan specializes in fat loss, muscle building, metabolic health, and performance for busy adults who want clear direction and accountability. Known for his straightforward, supportive style, he emphasizes proper movement, progressive training, and understanding the “why” behind each plan so clients can stay consistent long term.

Work with a certified trainer in 30 or 60-minute sessions. Train solo, with a partner, or in a small group of 3-4. Flexible package options make it easy to stay consistent and see results.
